Saya pun sering menjadikan motif batik sebagai inspirasi atau referensi imajinasi liar saya saat menggambar. Waktu dulu, saya mencontoh bulat-bulat, kalau sekarang saya sudah bisa mengembangkannya dengan segenap gaya dan ciri saya sendiri.
Hayo, apakah dengan demikian saya termasuk penyontek atau copying karya orang? Menurut saya sih tidak. Batik itu punya kita kok. Tanggung jawab kita adalah menjaga, melestarikan dan pastinya mengembangkannya, menjadi lebih keren. Kan yang dimaksud inovasi memang begitu.
Sekali lagi, itu menurut saya, kalau ada yang marah dan membantah ya tak apa. Sila buat versi anda sendiri ya Dears, mari moving on secara bijak.

Seni Memang Wow.
Indonesian Batik's patterns are always identical with the local cultures. Its included some religious symbols or floral and animal draw/symbols. Like a flower bouquet, horses, peacocks, peageons or garuda.

| This is one of my very first draw. I always love Batik motifs, so i follow my bed cover's motifs, hehe. I'm still so young at that time. (But not for my nickname "d0LLzz" and the artistic curves, I've added 'em years later) Yup, when i grew up, i feel more proud of my imaginations.. Trying the best to create a new stuff by my self. ^_^ .. |

That's why most of the traditional (original) patterns are more special. Each symbols, curves and lines in the motifs has a different meanings. Some native Indonesian Batik's name, type and patterns are :: [Wiki Batik]
- By technic: Written Batik, Stamp Batik, Paint Batik. [.. Additional, i think these days we've made a new technic, it must be a "digital printing" Batik, (Mungkin lhoooooooo ^_^)..]
- By Region: Javanese Batik, Sumatran Batik, Sundanese Batik, Balinese Batik, and more...
- By Patterns (Motifs): Keraton, petani, lereng, truntum, sekar jagad, tambal, and more...

Indahnya Batik Indonesia.
Batik is a super awesome arts.. In the begining of its popularity, batik more identic to cloths and usually match with kebaya. But this era, almost all the stuff in Indonesia (especially the souvenirs) will decorated with batik cloth or at least its iconic motifs.
